One of my earliest childhood memories is watching the colorful paragliders fly on Mount Gaisberg in Salzburg.
It has always fascinated me, but I did not think paragliding could be a sport for myself: too extreme, too dangerous, not suitable for women….
This opinion changed very quickly when my sisters started the basic course in 2015. I thought I would give it a try as well and attended my first day on the practicing hill.
I still remember this incredible feeling when my feet left the ground for the first time. Ever since then, a lot has changed in my life.
For me, flying reflects life with all its up’s and down’s and it has taught me how to overcome my personal fears and obstacles. I now know that anything is possible if you just want it strong enough.
I love the fact that through my passion for flying and life I can inspire others to follow their dreams as well.
My goal for the future is to fly as much as possible, to become a more and more safe and good pilot and to connect my three biggest hobbies: flying, travelling and photography / film-making.
