A calm and quiet person, Loann enjoys sport, the outdoors, reading and playing guitar. He loves to go to the mountains and watch a sunrise or sunset. He admits he spends a lot of time looking up at the sky, watching clouds. He is learning about meteorology from studying books and watching the sky. He flew tandem with his dad from a very young age and as soon as he was old enough, at age 13, he started his solo training. He instantly fell in love with it and is already showing talent as a cross-country pilot. He is ready to start competing this season. The idea of vol-bivouac is something that definitely appeals, and he has an idea to fly from Mongolia back to France. As an ultimate goal, the Red Bull X-Alps is right up there. Loann is currently studying to be an electrician, but can see himself turning his passion into his job one day, as a paragliding instructor.
