Tin has flown BGD her entire flying career and is excited to be apart of such a colourful team! She started learning to paragliding in Colombia in the Fall of 2020 on the BGD Adam. She spent the following summer flying around the Pacific Northwest before she went to Ölüdeniz to do her first SIV course. She knew instantly that she was in love with flying acro and has since done hundreds of stalls, helis, and mistys. Tin is eager to learn all she can in the acro realm. She loved learning on the Epic and said it was the best wing to start doing basic acro manoeuvres on. Before she became infatuated with the acro side of paragliding, her primary passion was AcroYoga. She has been teaching AcroYoga since 2015 and she says that Acro Paragliding is a lot like doing AcroYoga (partner acrobatics) except the wing is your partner. She also loves dune-gooning/wagga flying. Tin enjoys travelling and is excited to keep hopping around during her season off so she can learn all that she can flying different sites and meeting other pilots around the globe. So far, paragliding has taken Tin to many sites around the Northwestern United States, Colombia (2x), Chile, and Turkey (2x). She is working on getting her tandem license and says she can see definitely see herself competing one day.
