BGD Weightless 2021

Congratulations to BGD Team Pilot Timo Schumacher, who won the fourth edition of BGD Weightless flying his Cure 2.

The competition took place in Gemona, Italy over the last week of August 2021. The weather was temperamental at times, but three race-to-goal tasks of 42.7km, 56.5km and 53.2km were completed. Fellow team pilot and Cure 2 pilot Stan Radzikoswki came in second overall.

Eva Henneman of the Netherlands won both the leisure category (EN B and below) and female categories, placing 11th in the overall rankings.

As always, there was a prize draw to win a brand new BGD paraglider: Lars Funder of Denmark was the lucky pilot whose number was drawn. Congratulations Lars!
