BGD Weightless 2020

Join us in warm and colourful Colombia in January 2020 for the third edition of BGD Weightless, the competition where scoring is in weight categories.

Roldanillo is an amazing venue: sunshine, grassy launches, masses of landing options, some of the friendliest people on the planet, music, good food and loads and loads of good flatland for everyone to enjoy.

The Weightless concept
Up until now flying heavy has always been an advantage. This has resulted in heavy equipment and ballast for competitions. BGD would like to change all this and encourage people to fly with light equipment.

The BGD weightless is aimed at pilots looking for adventure, seeking to improve their cross-country and/or competition flying or just enjoy a unique experience hanging out with some of the best pilots in the world. The event is ideal for leisure pilots who have some 20km+ XCs under their belts, but more advanced pilots are very welcome too and we think they will gain a lot from the experience.

Bruce will be leading the event, with a world class team behind him, and there will be a prize draw with loads of prizes including a brand new BGD wing and Naviter instruments.
