Wheels4Flying: Wheelchair-assisted paragliding

BGD are really happy to support Wheels4Flying, a not-for-profit organisation based in Mayrhofen, Austria, who offer wheelchair-assisted paragliding to people with disabilities or mobility impairments.
They started in the autumn of 2022, and they have been putting smiles on the faces of wheelchair passengers on the tandems ever since.
Mario Graus, pictured, was the first pilot to fly solo on the Magic this summer, making four flights on his first day. Apparently he is in love with the Magic!
Wheels4Fly use the Dual 2 tandem with Link Pilot harness and Oops reserve; for solo pilots they have the Magic, which is a very safe glider that works well with the Handivol wheelchair.
