Tanaji Takve, known as TJ, has been flying for over 25 years. His journey started in 1997 at the age of 16, ad has been a life-long passion. He has flown in India, Nepal and Turkey, enjoying cross-country, acro, SIV and accuracy. He was flying cross-country in the Himalayas back in 2000, and was one of India’s pioneering acro pilots – the first Indian pilot to do infinity tumbling. Now an APPI and PAI-BHPA certified instructor, his experience and expertise are focused on training others. He founded Paragliding Mantra school in Kamshet in 2013, and has trained hundreds of pilots, and mentored the Indian Army Paragliding Team.
