My name is Yu Xu, a Chinese paragliding accuracy pilot and member of the Chinese National Team. Outside of flying, I work in the automotive and service industry in China, while dedicating most of my time to professional paragliding training and international competitions. Over the years, flying has become much more than a sport for me — it has become a way of life and a constant pursuit of precision, discipline, and self-improvement. I started paragliding because I was fascinated by the feeling of freedom and the challenge of controlling both body and mind in the air. What attracted me most was not only the beauty of flight itself, but the endless process of learning, adapting, and refining every detail. As I progressed into paragliding accuracy competitions, I became deeply focused on energy control, consistency, and precision landing techniques. That journey pushed me to train harder, compete internationally, and constantly improve my understanding of flight. Flying has taken me across many countries, competitions, and cultures. Through paragliding, I have met incredible pilots from around the world, represented China internationally, and achieved some of the most meaningful results of my life. Throughout these years, the BGD ADAM has been an important part of my journey. I value its stability, energy control, and confidence during final approach, especially under difficult and changing wind conditions.
