The BGD Team Pilots meeting took place in Algodonales, Spain, from 25-27 April 2025.
The rain in Spain falls … endlessly, or so it had seemed in the weeks running up to the event. But the sunshine dances and prayers to the weather gods paid off, and we enjoyed sunshine, thermals and generally fantastic weather for the entire event.
Thanks very much to Rene Falquier and Guillaume Funck for their brilliant presentations, to the fabulous Blues Shufflers band, to Fabio for the briefings and endless help on the ground. Much gratitude also to Gore and Jesus for the perfect organisation, amazing food and warm welcome. Big shout-out to Masta and Alex for driving the van all the way from Austria to Spain, and looking after the demo wings for the very successful testival, and of course to all the pilots who came and made it so special.
