My journey in the air began in 2017 when one of my best friends took me to a training hill, and we did some groundhandling together. I was instantly hooked. At first, I got into hike & fly. I have been a passionate mountaineer since childhood and love skipping the long and boring walk down. Soon, I also began to enjoy the art of thermalling. The view from thousands of metres above the ground – just breathtaking. When stepping up from the EN-B level, I was looking for a glider with more speed that was still safe, stable, and easy to handle. I came across the BGD Lynx 2 and fell in love with it. For me, paragliding is adventure. Exploring a new country with a paraglider is something truly special. Soaring into the sunset over the desert landscape of Marrakech, above an ancient Moorish castle, is the kind of adventure I have always dreamed of – and have lived now. In the fall of 2025, I want to write the next chapter of my paragliding story by flying in the Indian Himalayas.
