Fabio first flew tandem with his stepfather, aged 7. His family run CIVA in the paragliding mecca of Algodonales, so it was natural that Fabio would fly. He learned in 2021, quickly falling in love with hike-and-fly as a discipline, as it matched his love of the mountains. He has always been into sport, and came close to professional level in golf. As his paragliding progressed he was drawn to competitions, starting in 2024 with his EN-B wing and switching to the high EN-B Base 3 for the 2025 season where he plans to take part in the Spanish B league competitions as well as some hike-and-fly comps. Workwise, by the age of 18 Fabio was already running his own businesses in hospitality as well as a barber shop. He is now focused on the digital sector, working for his own business and supporting Civa.
