SRS BGD Edition: Berga

The BGD round of the Sports Class Racing series 2024 will be in Berga, Spain from 2-8 June. It's the second event in this year's five-competitions series, and is a high-level competition for gliders certified EN-C and below. "For pilots who have outgrown fun and national competitions, and are looking to take the next step", say the SRS organisers.

Berga is in the Pyrenees. It has hosted the Spanish nationals four times, and should offer reliable weather, strong thermals and generous convergence lines. Joanna Di Grigoli will be the meet director for this competition, and the local club are known for organising "the most fun events in the whole Spanish territory", according to SRS organisers. The Catalan culture and cuisine will be the cherry on the cake!
