Dominik fell in love with “that indescribable feeling of freedom when all worries are left behind” that paragliding brings, in 2019. He became a tandem pilot to share the wonder of flight with others and plans to start his own tandem company in spring 2026. He chose BGD for the “uniquely beautiful” wings and the approachable team. He loves flying big XCs and FAI triangles, but says there’s more to paragliding than these achievements. His favourite flight to date was the first one he shared with his son, and the most impressive was a flight from the Stoderzinken over the Dachstein in Styria.
